Who we are
PT Virtue Digital Indonesia (“VAL.ID”, “we”), headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, operates the Datahive platform and the datahive.id website. We act as a Data Controller for personal data collected on this website, and as a Data Processor for personal data our customers ingest into Datahive deployments on their own infrastructure.
What we collect on this website
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, company, and the message content you provide.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — retained for 30 days for security and debugging.
- Usage analytics (if enabled): anonymized page-view events. No cross-site tracking.
What we do with it
We use contact data solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except where required by law or as explicitly authorized by you. We retain contact data for two years after the last interaction, or earlier upon your request.
Your rights (UU PDP Articles 5-14)
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — update inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Deletion — request erasure of your personal data.
- Objection — object to processing for specific purposes.
- Portability — receive your personal data in a machine-readable format.

Data residency
Datahive customer deployments are on-premise on customer-owned infrastructure. Personal data our customers process inside Datahive never leaves their jurisdiction. This website's own traffic (marketing visits to datahive.id) is served from infrastructure located in Indonesia.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with a clearly updated “last updated” date, and affected users will be notified via email where we have one on file.
