Questions that procurement always asks.
Q.01 Is the platform priced per user, per GB, or per connector?
All three factor in, but the base plan is a fixed annual license for the tier envelope (connectors, storage, and named users included). Beyond the envelope you pay add-on rates for additional connectors, storage, and seats. This keeps forecasting predictable while letting you scale without renegotiating the master contract.
Q.02 What happens if we overshoot the plan envelope mid-year?
The platform keeps operating. We reconcile against metered usage at the published add-on rates — we will never throttle a production workload for a commercial dispute.
Q.03 How are professional services billed — fixed or time & materials?
Implementation and onboarding are fixed-price against a signed scope. Ongoing managed operations are billed monthly. Custom engineering beyond scope is billed at disclosed rates with caps — nothing open-ended.
Q.04 Do you support IDR-denominated contracts and local tax handling?
Yes. All contracts are IDR-denominated, invoiced from our Indonesian entity, with full e-Faktur and PPN handling. No cross-border transfer-pricing complications.
Q.05 Can we start small and expand? What's the upgrade path?
Yes — and most teams do. Start at Standard, upgrade to Pro when your envelope outgrows it, credit-roll the remaining term. No platform reinstall, no data migration — just a license rotation.
Q.06 Is on-premise deployment available at every tier?
On-premise is always supported but typically sized to the Enterprise tier because of the dedicated compute and install workload. Standard and Pro deploy into our managed environment by default, with private-cloud add-ons available.
